The importance of alignment in body mechanics and posture cannot be overstated. The relationship and alignment of the head, shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles are referred to as alignment. The spine is less stressed when the body is aligned properly, which helps you maintain good posture.
This exercise as seen in this video aligns your spine and releases muscle knots, tightness, and tension. It promotes excellent posture and is useful for people who sit for extended periods!
